General information

Time and place
The AM2008 will be held at the Hotel Villa Maria Regina from Tuesday afternoon, May 13, 2008 (Get together) till Friday, May 16, 2008 in Roma (Rome) - Italy.

AM2008 website
All information regarding the AM2008 can be found on the special website http://www.enfsi.eu and. The website will be updated regularly.

Diets
Any wishes concerning diets (vegetarian, etc.) should be addressed to the organisers prior to the meeting.

Official language
The official language will be English. Simultaneous interpretation is not available.

Fees
The meeting fee for the participants and the translators is 250 Euro.
This fee includes coffee, tea, soft drinks and lunch during the 3 meeting days, buffet-dinner and reception at the hotel on Tuesday, reception at the City Hall, dinner after reception at City Hall on Wednesday, dinner on Thursday, conference bag and proceedings.

The fee for partners is 150 Euro.
This fee includes buffet-dinner and reception at the hotel on Tuesday, reception at the City Hall, dinner after reception at City Hall on Wednesday, dinner on Thursday, visit to Vatican Museum and Sistina's Chapel, excursion around the most important places of the city, local transports and conference bag.

Honorary Members do not pay any meeting fee.

Payment
The meeting fee should be paid prior to the AM2008 by bank transfer.
Payment should be made, before May 01, 2008, to the following the bank account stating:

Travel Information

Here is some useful information for getting around Rome using public transportation:
you must buy tickets BEFORE getting on the bus or tram as you cannot pay your fare directly to the driver. You can buy tickets at the reception desk of the Hotels or at tobacco shop. Once you get on the bus or tram, you MUST stamp your ticket at one of the yellow machines aboard. Once you are on the bus or tram, be careful! The stop numbers given are just estimates as buses and trams don't automatically stop at every single stop, so you shouldn't just count the times the bus stops to know when to get off. Be sure to watch the street names to know when your stop is coming. Press the buttons on the handrails to request your stop.

From and to "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport, Fiumicino: go to the "Leonardo Express" train stop (follow indications inside the airport) and take the train towards Roma-Termini (you must buy the ticket and stamp it at one of the yellow machines BEFORE getting on the train); the ticket costs about 5 € and there is one train every 30 minutes. The train will stop only at "Termini" Train Station without any mid-journey stop.
From "Termini" Train Station take the train "Leonardo Express" which goes to "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport (you must buy the ticket and stamp it at one of the yellow machines BEFORE getting on the train); the ticket costs about 5 € and there is one train every 30 minutes. The train will stop only at "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport without any mid-journey stop.

To Hotel Villa Maria Regina
From "Termini" Train Station: go to "Piazzale dei Cinquecento", the large open lot directly out the front door of "Termini" Station with many buses and taxis. Take bus 910 towards "Piazza Mancini". Stay on until the end of the line at "Piazza Mancini" where you will change buses and take number 911 towards "Stazione Monte Mario". Get off at the 11th stop, "CAMILLUCCIA/TEHRAN", and you will find yourself in front of Hotel "Villa Maria Regina" at "Via della Camilluccia", 687.
From the Vatican City: take bus 32 from "Piazza Risorgimento", along the walls of the Vatican City halfway between "Piazza San Pietro" and the entrance to the Vatican Museum, and get off at the 9th stop, "Lungotevere M.LLO DIAZ/DE BOSIS", after the bridge and in front of the Olympic Stadium. From there, take bus 911 towards "Stazione Monte Mario" and get off after 9 stops in front of Hotel "Villa Maria Regina" at "Via della Camilluccia", 687.

To Hotel Buenos Aires
From "Termini" Train Station: from "Piazzale dei Cinquecento", the large open lot directly out the front door of "Termini" Station with many buses and taxis, take either bus 86 or bus 92 and get off at the 9th stop, "Via Tagliamento/Via Clitunno" (this stop is after "Via Po" and "Piazza Buenos Aires"). Once you get off, cross "Via Tagliamento" and continue on the cross street "Via Clitunno". Hotel "Buenos Aires" will be on your left at number 9.
From the Vatican City: from "Piazza Risorgimento", along the walls of the Vatican City halfway between "Piazza San Pietro" and the entrance to the Vatican Museum, take tram 19 and get off at the 14th stop "Piazza Buenos Aires". Once you get off, walk left onto "Via Tagliamento". Continue about 3 minutes along "Via Tagliamento" until "Via Clitunno". Turn left and you will find Hotel "Buenos Aires" on your right at number 9 "Via Clitunno".

To Hotel Villa Grazioli
From "Termini" Train Station: from "Piazzale dei Cinquecento", the large open lot directly out the front door of "Termini" Station with many buses and taxis, take either bus 86 or bus 92 and get off at the 9th stop, "Via Tagliamento/Via Clitunno" (This stop is after "Via Po" and "Piazza Buenos Aires"). Once you get off, cross "Via Tagliamento" and continue on the cross street "Via Clitunno" for about 3 minutes until you reach a T-intersection with "Via Salaria". Cross "Via Salaria" and walk to your left where you will find Hotel "Villa Grazioli" at number 241 immediately on your right.
